The Importance of a Solid Team in Startup Mode
When you're in startup mode, probably because you don't have a great deal of funds, you're everything. Because there's no one else. And also when you're the founder, you feel as though you need to do everything. It's very hard to let go. People are just tired. They just had enough. No succession planning. There's a number of things. Sometimes a business just needs, like it's like buying a rundown house, just needs a fresh liquor paint, new eyes, and then breathe life back into it. Every deal I've done has been deferred. So I want 100% record on taking businesses on a deferred basis.
