The Importance of Self-Awareness
"You really cannot connect with other people without intentionally becoming self-aware," she says. "It doesn't mean I look in the mirror and I know that today's a bad hair day." Self-awareness means knowing your biases and assumptions because of what you have done, where you've been or who you surround yourself with. It reminds me of one COVID hit and everybody was talking about lead with empathy.
