The Myth of Perfectionism
perfectionism is experienced in much more of a visceral, deeper way. And I don't believe in eradication as a strategy for growth. It doesn't work to try to get rid of parts of yourself that are just parts of yourself. So calling yourself a perfectionist speaks to a pattern of doing that in one or more areas of your life.
