Why There Are No Tongs in Restaurants?
In some restaurants, there are no tongs. The reason is that they don't have the dexterity or care or finesse of a spoon or fork. Even if you're the greatest tong user, it can damage fish. Not having tongs makes it more difficult. Most of the time I'm not going to use a fork. Coon spoon is the best spoon. It's great and everyone can get it and it's affordable. But it's just a great, great spoon. And spoons need to feel right to you.
