When we programme women in the gem, we will start them off exactly the same way we start off men. We teach them about a squat, we work them up to a heavy set of five and then we will repeat that set of five for the first workout twice. Three sets of five would do the same thing for all the lifts, except for the pawrclene, which gets triples. fatigue cuts into a power clean more than it does into a squader a deadlip riht.
