When do you consider implanting an ICD or a CRT device in Hephraff? Sure. So patients who continue to have a left ventricular rejection fraction of 35% or less after being on automatic therapy for three months should be considered for a defibrillator and or cardiac risk synchronization therapy, otherwise known as CRT. Now, it's important not to pull the trigger too early on device therapy because most of these specific heart failure medications may actually contribute to an increase in left ventricular rejected fraction.
