The Ankle Injury I've Been Dealing With for a Long Time
During one of his key training sessions, i aggravated my right ankle. It flared up after a big training effort on the flax up in flagstaff. A little bit of tendanitis had developed along my achilles on that right side. The recipe was to start gradually easing back into training once there was no more discomfort in the area and the swelling had dissipated. And then gradually increase the training load on a very controlled surface until i can incrumentally get back up to my full training load.
