It wasn't a healing journey of Jiu Jitsu. It was just like healing journey of myself. Jiu Jitsu was
Speaker 1
part of the healing.
Speaker 2
Yeah, it's not of Jiu Jitsu. It's of Randall Willink.
Speaker 1
I'm going to say, okay. We won't
Speaker 2
give Jiu Jitsu too much credit.
Speaker 1
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, I give it a lot of credit. I heard you say something the other day. You were like, I do not. I think you said, I do not know where I'd be in my life right now without the Jiu Jitsu boha. Well,
Speaker 3
Yeah, that's like, okay. Okay. Sorry. I'm going to. She said she didn't want to give you just a credit. Oh, too much credit.
Speaker 2
No, I, the healing, it started with a lot, but Jiu Jitsu helped me tremendously. whoa, sure. But it doesn't have to be Jiu-Jitsu. It should be Jiu-Jitsu.
Speaker 1
Jiu-Jitsu helps.
Speaker 2
It does. It does.
Speaker 1
Jiu-Jitsu helps a lot.
Speaker 2
Something that you're into. Something that you're into. That you like to do, takes your mind off things that is crazy they've got a lot going on in life you
Speaker 1
know the thing about one of the thing about jujitsu is like let's say you there's other things that you can get into that you can get obsessed with that thing and you can and when you get obsessed with that thing it makes you obsessed obsessed with a lot of other things that are tangential to the thing. So instead of just being obsessed with the thing, you can be thinking about like, well, I really need, if I'm into guitar, I really need to get this amp and this app and this thing and this that and this tuner and all this stuff, right?
