Is It Possible to Introduce Real Problems to High School Students?
I think it's very, very difficult to be honest about real problems that are solvable by maths that high school students can do. I'm not sorry for if i'm getting my point across that clearly. The more advanced math, i think, i think numericy is a different story. Like numercy up to fractions already, it's not useful any more. In my opinion like performing fast calculations, like numerical like having a strong sense of operations, is really, really important. And so i think it's definitely possible as and it's perhaps the more honest approach then the approach of teaching math for its usefulness. But calculus, i mean, we cand talk about velocity or
