The Importance of Exercise in Lifetime and HealthSpan
Exercise, it just can't be overstated what a potent drug it is. Nothing even gets within the same zip code when you really think about what constitutes health span. So I would say we're just going to be increasing exercise in most people regardless. As you as you increase activity, you know, you'll often see appetite go up as a result of it.
