Do Antioccidents Really Work?
The long term effects of anti occidents are very difficult to study. The body has a whole lex system of anti occident defenses to dampen down damage from that ocidate of stress. So the important part is to be building into our daily life some form of physical activity, in trying to at least three or four times a week, incorporate resistance training as well.
