We did not take a product and try to systematically turn the screws to incrementally improve retention. Our foundational first question was, is this behavior retentive and delightful? If it's not, we're not interested in spending a bunch of cycles on this. And so I would say what we did was very early on stack the deck against ourselves and say, is this fundamental behavior very retentive way more retentive than the comps of brick and mortar or digital fitness?"
