What Is the Effect of Endurance Training?
For people in these multi our events, because they are ther relatively the very low intensity, and the pace is often quite slow, it's important to eat during them without a great deal of either logisticalr or stomach problems. But perhaps most importantly, for the events that last a lot of many hours, the which is kind of really what we deal with mostly, is central nervous system fatigue.
