Do You Have a Training Protocol for Respiratory Limitation?
A lot of athletes don't have great breathing coordination so when they start getting to these very high respiratory rates they just can't coordinate their breathing. So I'm always careful to not overdose people early into the process. Getting in that quadripleg position is so beneficial because the gravity is pushing down on which is allowing for because there's a gas that falls and path at least resistance to expand that anterior image. If your heart rate starts spiking exponentially at some point your mechanics start to compensate like you're rowing and it looks like you're trying to bite your ear because your head's flailing around. These things are signs to shut it down then we're putting people in that quad
