A co or a fellow founder friend of mine he calls it like working in his business work versus working on his business and I always thought that was like a good way to put it right. Sometimes we get too busy working in the business that we need to step back and work on the business um so anyway that waslike a good phrase I liked  I try to ask myself that question from time to time like have I spent enough time working on my business or has this whole week been in it? Any thoughts around model I call it modeling awesomeness what does awesome look like what does good look like because again that experience that you create as a sales organization is going to be different
