Am, over all, i find the siht affect profile of microdosing to be much gentler. And also just teaching people, like stress management toolsyou know,. Because it sounds like stress is, to my understanding, highly correlated with depression. So, you know, i'm definitely a fan of using all the tools. Use all the Tools.
