I don't like the treadmill. For me, it's easier to run outside in nature or just on the street. Usually when I use a treadmill, I get tired more easily. So there are cardio workouts and weightlifting and strength training type of workouts. And then some people do things like CrossFit. There are usually a lot of different classes at big gyms where you can practice some type of exercise or sport with a teacher.
