Sleep is vital and it provides a million different things that can help us performance wise. What's stopping us from getting into sleep? And there are many different things, such as light. We get our athletes to sleep on an eight sleep mattress. In order to fall asleep we have to have our cor body temperature drop two degrees. The only other option is having someone manually cool you down through the night. I don't think that's feasible. These are some of the things that we do in neur athletics to optimise for sleep performance and sleep fitness.
