How to Load the Planer Foxers Effectively

We see this all the time with, you know, thanks to Instagram, but when you see people doing these exercises, yeah, they're not in that ideal range. For instance, like a split or a sole squat, which is an exercise you see a lot on Instagram. If you just take the knee and the hip out of it, then you can concentrate as much load on the soleus. And that's where you're going to do a much better, much better job of effectively loading the planer foxers.
