How to Set a Coloric Deficit
Aye, very simple bench mark would be around a gram per pound of target body and that's especially important as your reducing salories. And then you impose a coloric deficit. The degree of aggressiveness really depends on how much body fat that you have to lose. So somebody with a lot of body fat to lose, can choose to set a an aggressive deficit as high as 20 to 30 % to m down from what currently maintains.
