How to Avoid Feeling Vulnerability

One of the ways that we try to avoid feeling vulnerability is we control other people. We use our behaviours to try to get them to co operate with us so we'll feel more secure in our lives or get what we want. O sometimes it's representing a false self, a self that in some way is meant to look good to others, to get their approval. And we distract ourselves, you know, on the screen, whether it's what we're listening to or what we're watching.
