There's like, my attempts have been kind of half hearted. There might be something voting to figure out how to do that. I've always been a power guy. My last coach, Tom Bell, was more of a heart rate guy for VO2 stuff. So it's just so funny, like who influences you on which way and how to mix them all together. And even VO2 has a hugely psychological and emotional component to it also.
