How to Make the Most of Your Workouts

Start with the smallest jumps that you possibly can. If it's 95 pounds, if the first set it don't feel like 95 pounds, it feels like 135 or some shit like that. Then do it again. Three to five sets on a max effort day would be a good place for warm up. Once you get there and the triple start to feel harder then you can take them into singles.
