How to Be Happy Without Shame
We tend to hate parts of our lives and try to shame ourselves into putting work to change it. But instead put in the action and work without having to stem from hatred. If there is an aspect in your life that you want to improve, replace any of that hatred that you have towards that part of your life or yourself and replace it with love. It's easy to get lost in working hard and forget to take care of yourself. Begin incorporating those self-care activities and being kind to yourself now by initially starting to incorporate rest and relaxation and self-care into your life. Don't wait till it gets so bad and hits your lowest point in order to finally fix something.
