i've been able to stand on that bosso all i ben able to do some one legged squats. Ah, skipping's really nice when it comes to just doing small, little skips. Youre not jumping for height. You're just doing little skips o your just jumping, like an inch or two off the ground with two feet. And then seeing how you tolerate that, that can be really nice. I'm working with a a lad at the moment who's in the u k. Wer he's had a big bout of, like, really severe shin splints. And so we're getting him through a skipping programme. Then is going into his return to run programme
