i think the first thing was a mind set shift, where i knew that i was helping a lot of people one on one. I saw how many people i could help once i realized that if you're able to help people with a specific mind set or knowledge, it's your duty as a human to help as many humans as possible. Once i was no longer scared to share it, because i looked at it as a duty tohelp as many people as possible. So now i'm up at this level where i i know that every personal trainer that i teach these modifications to can go help their clients. It's very rewarding for me staying focused on wel i teach one course to 25 people
