The Future of Insurance
The three carriers I'm aware of have adopted a complete and told direct repair model. They want me to take my car to one of their shops. It doesn't matter who your neighbor is with. If they had a claim, they may have had a very similar experience. Some might call it chocolate, some might call it vanilla, but it's kind of all ice cream. Yeah. So getting back to your question, not only do I see it developing in the for us as an industry and being a great way to handle claims, I actually see it as our future.
