Kano: It's really this kind of balancing point, you know, it's like you're trying to prime and get them in the right spot without creating fatigue. The slow-twitch or aerobic-based athlete has a higher inclination probably via training effect and disposition towards utilizing fat as a feeling substrate. So we don't want to burn. We want to get through the warm-up burning as little glycogen as possible.
