The Social Model of Disability

The social model of disability very rapidly changed, at least by the second edition of Michael Oliver's book. The idea now is that the entire organization, entity, society, whatever has to orient itself around the most defendable person. But in practice, because so much of it boils down to what offended somebody or what created a hostile feeling for them they can't bring their whole self to work as it were.
