In an efficiency seeking culture, we're not taking a lot of risk. And it attracts people with a high propensity for risk. There isn't really a home for that type of talent in a large efficiency seeking organization. So if I'm the CEO of that company, when I need access to that talent, I've got to go hire an independent firm to bring it to me.
