I try to get people away from the numbers driven approach I think one of the benefits of my background is that I have personally measured body composition with like every device you could hope to use basically. Non-exercise activity is such a huge piece of the puzzle Metabolic adaptation or not, it's so much potential to increase your energy expenditure And if it's not there You know, that's a huge thing that's missing.
