How Do You Showcase Your Personality in Sales?

Being an Asian American male in sales is what's worked for my counterparts. For the folks that have a specific foundational background doesn't work for me. So I say you need your own personality and your creativity to be able to really separate yourself from the pack. The Confucius deference to your elders actually helped me in this sales process where I was always taking this servant approach to my buyers.
