The Importance of Being Holistic

It doesn't hurt to be holistic. I was holistic in the beginning before I even knew what I wanted to do with my career. And just the idea being holistic when you're dealing with an athlete as a coach or when we're dealing with a patient is vital. There's got to be this better, I don't know, a better mechanism, a better understanding of each other. Collaboration that something that, you know, because the downstream issue is this athlete performing better and being healthy.
