The Extremes Are Really Beneficial in Training, Right?

The fitness industry is so tribalistic. There always has to be an enemy, right? It doesn'ta doesn't mater whthe enemy, the enemy varies. What is the enemy? Os, it's running. Or if youre catabells, the enemy is, i don't know, it's barbells or somethingike it. The extremes offer a lot of bang bang for buck. But there'e still valuable stuff in the middle - moderate intensity efforts and stuff. Running can play nicely with weight lifting, with brisk walking,. If be all one big mister rogers, happy neighborhood guys. Come on. Ints. Much better this way.
