There's so much variability between people and then also within yourself, like you're saying, your circumstance is going to really drive what's most appropriate for you at that time. And in my clinical experience, there's certainly a proportion of the population where higher saturated fat diet does not seem to serve them well. But then I would say there's probably a majority of people where it doesn't seem to matter that much as long as they're in a good energy balance with nutrient-dense foods.
