Building Small Habits
Habits are sorto like the foundation for mastery in that sense. Like imagini, you're playing chess, you need to know where all the pieces move automatically without thinking about it. That level of strategy and thinking can only come after the fundamentals are habitualized and automated. And this is called, what the plateau of latent potential. The idea that we that the most useful outcomes are delayed, and that we work hard for a while without seeing results, is what i call the plateau of dormant potential.
