The Powerlifting Achievements That Stand Out

I was dealing with a little bit and this is what sort of made me stop powerlifting in the end was I dealt with tight glutes. So anytime I would it would get inflamed I couldn't break parallel and it would hurt to the point that he thought I was saying ow ow ow ow so then he yanks it back and I yank it out of his hands. As soon as I did that tweak in my pec minor they were like it's just inflamed. The first squat they called me for not depth but they called me because my elbow touched my thigh and so like no lift and I was like okay we've got to focus on on getting the next one.
