The Importance of Refusing Accountability

A responsible adult is an autonomous person, right? And autonomy means that you're not being fucking forced to do something. It's something that gets glossed over constantly in the nexus or I mean completely ignored. A lot of survivors feel really hurt and like helpless because they're like, well, how am I ever going to get justice if this person won't be responsible? You know? "Responsibility isn't something that we do alone," she says.
