I Don't Want My Boss to Know What I'm Doing
Nudges are a way of getting employees to take action on behalf of the company. But they can also be seen as intrusive by people who don't want their boss to know what they're doing. The team at rutted has been sending out nudges for six months, and have received great feedback.
