Are You Using a Huristic Evaluation?
i think the war that comes to mind for me is like a huristic evaluation. So it's like, oh, we can evaluate a design based on some common useability huristics and and see how well or not well it can meet some universal user needs. But only behavior research and observational research is going to insure good behavior design. i definitely see them working in tantem. They both have benefits but at the end of the day, i think that only behavior research can insure that good, usable behaviora design.
