Kallie: As large organizations, we have to consider the overarching processes and the way that things work sustainably for everybody. And in actual fact, if you've been exposed to patient feedback for any length of time, you find out very quickly that little things mean a lot. So it's making sure that large and small both matter. Mark: We're not here to exacerbate health inequalities with some of the outcomes, but there's been a big drive on digital lately and you've got to think that sort of stuff.
