Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to our experience and filters. It can lead to greater peace, to greater happiness but we have to be paying attention. How are we doing it without mindfulness? We're just swept along in old habit patterns. To hold the whole underpinning of meta practice, the emphasis is on really, itentionally focusing on the good qualities in people. That brings about a very beautiful mind and heart space.
