The Mindfulness Bell

We do an app of a bell. All of our devices have a bell on it, including the kids that rings an every hour. And so if your phone's off, it's not going to ring, but it's the mindfulness bell from Plum Village. And you stop, everyone stops because we spent time in Plum Village together and we got trained up on this bell. So I really liked that link with notice or to tuning in to what's valuable. Just remembering to value is such a big one.
