Writing Out the Emotions That Are Stolen or Repressed
When you write this stuff out, it helps release the emotions that are stored or repressed inside of you. It's sort of like when i wrote my soon to be x wife when i was getting a divorce. I just wrote out what i was feeling and what i was thinking, but it wasn't as intense as before. So i went through and i rewrote it. And then i'm thinking, ok, this is the one i'm going to send. But reading through it, i thought, well, in this moment, after i wrote those things out to her to make her feel bad, or to make my anger known, or whatever it was, i didn't feel that
