Getting to and Holding on a Single Leg

Being able to stabilize the situation that you're in, or keep it within that, a specific contact for an extended period of time is a precursor to having success anywhere else. Anything that you do that comes from holding onto someone's leg is going to be contingent on how long you can hold that leg for under resistance. So again, if you look at it that way, you can measure success and the moments of holding the leg. And then, imagine if you made a student really confident at just holding or getting to and holding onto a single leg. Yeah, that's awesome. Where does a practicing break falling before going?
