The Effects of Stretch Me Hypertrophy on Muscle Growth
Two joint muscles are the perfect example of where you're going to get distal region hypertrophy. So rec firm hamstrings triceps, biceps, they're all behaving pretty much the same way. And again, that happens every time into joint muscles. It's possible that you just had a cross-sectional area increase in the distal region, but it doesn't mean stretch mehypertrophy.
