If you want to do the behavior, make it require less cognitive effort. So rather than working out for 30 minutes, workout five or meditate for three breaths. If you don't want to use Instagram on your mobile phone as much, make it harder to do by more time. Physical effort is the fourth link in the chain. You can make something easier to do like around me. I'm getting into this rope flow thing and they're just right here.
