There is potential benefit, but we're a long way from from really understanding objectively if it's actually going to make much difference. College and supplements are ridiculously, perhaps even prhibitively, for most people,. And there's not that much science. So i think what makes it quite cloudy is that there are studies, but they're all pretty much all industry funded studies. You don't have to do tht. Just taking the supplement alone won't be enough. That won't give you the results set your potentialy looking for and spending quite a lot of money to try and get.
