How Important Are B2B Buyer Journeys for Medium to Large SaaS Companies?
There are a lot of flaws in how companies think about a B2B buying journey. The first thing is that like there's no linear buying journey and buyers can move forwards or backwards at any point. I also believe that the way companies try and understand a buyer journey is totally flawed using software based attribution as the primary way. And then they call it first touch when in reality, it's probably the 30th touch. It's just the first trackable touch.
