Do You Have a Co-Contraction Problem?

A lot of times people expend too much, not a lot of times, but I'm seeing the pendulum shift now towards like, oh, I get it. Internal stability works and is scalable and allows me to generate increasing amounts of force output over time. But then they lean into that, so, well, no, you still want the primary thing to be the primary thing. That's my two cents on it. And again, I think it's a step in the right direction where 10 years ago in most gyms, you would have seen the seat belt going around the waist.
